At LPS Sports & Fitness, we strive to provide competitive pricing, reliable shipping, and excellent customer service. Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on eligible orders of $150 or more (before taxes) within Canada, excluding remote locations and territories.

Free shipping applies only when:

• The order subtotal is $150 or more before taxes.

• The products are eligible for free shipping.

• The products are sold at regular price unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping does NOT apply to:

• Sale, clearance, liquidation or promotional items unless specifically indicated.

• Products marked as Shipping Charges Apply.

• Oversized, heavy or freight-shipped products.

• Items where the actual shipping cost exceeds $25 (such as weights, dumbbells, weight plates, and other heavy fitness equipment).

• Remote or rural delivery locations where additional carrier surcharges apply.

If your order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, free shipping may only apply to the eligible products. Additional shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or we will contact you before processing your order if necessary.

LPS Sports & Fitness reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Information

We proudly work with Canadian suppliers whenever possible to provide faster delivery and support local businesses.

Delivery times vary depending on:

• Product availability

• Supplier location

• Shipping destination

• Carrier delays outside of our control

Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Because we work with multiple Canadian suppliers, return and exchange policies may vary by manufacturer.

Whenever available, LPS Sports & Fitness follows the return and exchange policy established by the product's supplier or manufacturer.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, manuals, accessories and tags must be included.

• Return requests must be made within the supplier's eligible return period.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Some suppliers may charge restocking fees or require customers to pay return shipping costs. These conditions will follow each supplier's individual policy.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, supplier restrictions and product customization, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Special order products

• Products identified as non-returnable on the product page

• Used or damaged products not covered under warranty

PSX Hockey Sticks

All PSX Hockey Stick sales are final.

Due to the elite-level performance characteristics of these sticks and the nature of the product, PSX Hockey Sticks are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If you believe your stick has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with the applicable warranty process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the applicable return policy, if eligible.

Special-order items may not be cancelled once production or fulfilment has begun.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by LPS Sports & Fitness are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration and conditions vary by brand and manufacturer.

Where applicable, we will gladly assist customers in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order that is not damaged or incorrect, the order will be treated as a return, where applicable.

Any shipping charges, return shipping fees, carrier refusal fees, restocking fees charged by the supplier, or other costs incurred by LPS Sports & Fitness may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the item is designated as non-returnable or final sale, no refund will be issued for refused deliveries.

We encourage customers to contact us before refusing a shipment so that we can help find the best solution.

Pricing Errors & Product Availability

While LPS Sports & Fitness makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and specifications are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct any pricing, product description, image, specification, or inventory errors at any time.
• Cancel or refuse any order placed using incorrect pricing or inaccurate product information.
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, or order.
• Contact customers to provide the option of proceeding with an order at the correct price or cancelling the order if an error has occurred.

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted only after it has been reviewed, processed, and confirmed for shipment.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide the option of a full refund, a suitable replacement (where available), or cancellation of the affected item.
